    Go to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office, which is available from 9:30 a.m. First, get tourist information at the tourist center on the first floor.
    The first main government building is a twin tower with a free observation room at 202 meters above ground level. From the observation deck, you can see the Tokyo Sky Tree, Tokyo Bay, and sometimes even Mt.Fuji

    Arrive a little early to avoid the lunchtime crowds around 12:00 p.m., and you can enjoy your meal in comfort.
    Toyosu Market also has a shopping area called "Uogashi Yokocho" where general visitors can also shop. Some of the stores are specialized for businesses, but about 70 specialty businesses operate mainly on the fourth floor of the Seafood Brokerage Building. Enjoy shopping in the morning, as more and more stores close after noon.

    Professional chefs visit Toyosu Market to buy ingredients, and some stores open from 4:00 a.m. for those who work early in the morning. Many stores open by 7:00 a.m., so early risers can enjoy a seafood feast in the morning. Popular stores may have lines of people waiting in line from early in the morning!
    Those who wish to see the auction in action need to be there as early as 5:00 am. For more information, check the official website.
    The rooftop greenery plaza is also open from 5:00 am. It is also a photo spot where you can stroll around and take Tokyo-style pictures.

    The Yurikamome is an automated transportation system that runs on an elevated track. Just by riding the train, you can enjoy the scenery of Tokyo's bay area, making your transportation time a good experience.
    A leisurely Yurikamome ride from Toyosu (or Ichiba-mae) to Shimbashi (about 30 minutes) is also recommended for sightseeing. On a clear day, you can even see Mt. Fuji. While crossing the Rainbow Bridge, you will have a chance to take pictures!

    Go to Shibuya in the evening when it is most crowded. Shibuya is a dynamically changing town. In recent years, many new commercial facilities have been opened.
    "Shibuya Sky," the observation facility at Shibuya Scramble Square, is a new tourist spot where visitors can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view from a height of about 230 m. The view from "Shibuya Sky" in the evening Golden Hour is exceptional!

    Go to the heart of Tokyo's building complex. You can enter the South Observation Deck of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building until 9:30 p.m. (leave by 10:00 p.m.).
    The city of Shinjuku is full of charm even at night. You can dine at restaurants on the upper floors of skyscrapers and hotels while gazing at the night view, or enjoy a nightcap at Shinjuku Golden Gai, where small bars are crammed together. The north side of Shinjuku Station is known as a fierce battleground for ramen lovers, and they should not miss this area.     Asakusa Sensō-ji

    Shiodome
    Hama-rikyū Gardens

    Take a break at the teahouse and walk in the garden.
    The water bus takes you directly from Asakusa to Hamarikyu Gardens. (Entrance fee is included in the water bus fare.)
    Hamarikyu Gardens is one of the most famous gardens in Japan. There are many attractions such as the teahouses that seem to float on the water, and the contrast with the skyscrapers is spectacular. If you want to spend some time relaxing, including having tea sweets at a teahouse, you should allow an hour and a half.

    Visit the Kokugikan and enjoy chanko-nabe for dinner.
    Ryogoku is a sacred place for sumo wrestlers. The Ryogoku Kokugikan also houses the Sumo Museum (until 16:00: last admission at 15:30), where you can enjoy the atmosphere of sumo even when not in the middle of a tournament. Enjoy meals unique to the area, such as "Edo Noren" at Ryogoku Station or a chanko-nabe restaurant owned by a former sumo wrestler.
    If you want to watch sumo, be careful when you visit. (Sumo tournaments are held in January, May, and September.) Tickets must be purchased early. You can watch the matches in the morning, but many people enter around noon to walk around the building and have lunch, and many of the seats are filled by 3:00 p.m., when the makuuchi rikishi(high-class wrestlers) appear on stage. Watching a sumo match can be a special experience!
